We do offer one of the best Warranties in the industry, however we expect and inspect our projects to insure that they are done right the first time in order to minimize the need for repairs later. Big Daddy Swimming Pools & Spas Sub-Contractors are all licensed, bonded and insured, and must meet our high standards for quality and construction technique. They all have an excellent track record with the Registrar of Contractors, many years of experience and are truly the best at their phase of construction.

Limited Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime Warranty
   

    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants that your entire pool shell including steel and shotcrete will remain structurally sound for as long as you own your pool.  Structurally sound is defined as maintaining the structural integrity of the concrete pool shell so as to withstand all loads or stresses without cracking and causing water loss. 
    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants the PV3 in-floor cleaning system rotating heads for as long as you own your pool.
    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants the material in Pebble Tec®/Pebble Sheen TM aggregate products installed below the waterline for as long as you own pool.

 

5 Year Warranty

    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants the labor for Pebble Tec®/Pebble Sheen TM aggregate products installed below the waterline against failure for five years from the date of installation.  

 

3 Year Warranty

    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants all pumps for three years.
    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants all filters for three years. 
    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants all heaters for three years. 
    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants all pump motors for three years.
    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants all labor on the pump(s), filter, motors and heater for a period of three years.
    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants the in-floor cleaning system water valve housing for three years to be free of manufacturing defects including wear & tear on product from date of pool start-up.

 

2 Year Warranty

    • Big Daddy Swimming Pools warrants that all labor, materials and equipment used in the construction of your swimming pool & not previously mentioned are to be free of defects for a period of two years from the date of interior surface completion, providing Big Daddy Swimming Pools has received full payment of the pool contract.  This includes all Deck, Tile, Plaster, Masonry, etc. which is detailed on the agreement.
    • This warranty is made in addition to any manufacturer’s warranties and is not limited by them.

 

Transfer of Structural Warranty

  • Upon transfer of property title from the original Buyer, the Limited Structural Warranty described above may be transferred to a new Buyer, upon written request within sixty days of title transfer, a $350 inspection fee, and an approved inspection
